I need a Doctor

The world is sick. We need help. This song reminds us for the need for a doctor... someone to heal our hurt, come back from our pain. Sometimes, we feel like we've been left alone against the world. Almost as if Jesus came here to do his duty and then left it to us to pick up the slack. The truth is, he never left, like Dre at the end Christ still fights with us, he strengthens and encourages us. Even though Satan and his demons mocked him at Golgotha thinking that they won, Christ came back and continues to fight with us.

Jesus Calls Levi and Eats With Sinners

  After this, Jesus went out and saw a tax collector by the name of Levi sitting at his tax booth. “Follow me,” Jesus said to him, and Levi got up, left everything and followed him.

 Then Levi held a great banquet for Jesus at his house, and a large crowd of tax collectors and others were eating with them. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law who belonged to their sect complained to his disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”

    Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

Christ is our doctor. The only one who can save us from (eternal) death, and forgive us our sins.
